Jeremy serves as an Association Director and coach at JYSA, bringing experience from top youth and collegiate programs in Northwest Arkansas where he developed within some of the nation's most successful youth sports environments. Growing up in Springdale's championship sports culture, he witnessed firsthand how community investment and quality instruction create lasting impact on young athletes. Jeremy's diverse background includes both oilfield industry and technology experience, giving him deep connections to Oklahoma's working culture while bringing innovative approaches to athlete development.

Jeremy leads JYSA's efforts to better organize, track, and evaluate performance through technology integration, finding new ways to measure and improve athlete development.
